The use of digital technologies in the workplace is becoming a standard way of work and the artisan of the 21st century needs to keep pace with the use of technology in the workplace.

Digital tools such as mobile phones, computers, eBooks web browsers and more, now allow for easy facts-finding. The current models of teaching that are based on information retention or rote learning (repetition or a parrot style memorising of facts) should therefore be reviewed in favour of immersive or applied learning. Our use of project-based, practical scenarios during training, sets us apart from other training service providers.

FOSH specializes in the development of digital content, training material and learning experiences for various trades, including plumbing, electrical, bricklaying and more

By optimizing digital, virtual and online technology and combining this with new age methodologies, FOSH creates multi-dimensional and reality-based learning experiences that allows the participant to be successful in the South African and African workplace.

Our collaborative and community-based approach ensures that industry associations, employers, technical experts, non-governmental organisations and the public sector actively participate in shaping our products and services.
